After the Youth-led Changemaking Competition [GUIDE]

Get to know the 3 steps to pay attention to after the competition as a focal person / teacher below. You also find the forms and templates for download at the bottom of the page. All templates are a courtesy of YES Network Pakistan.

• Celebrate: The focal person will organize a celebration event to appreciate the efforts of all the students. The focal person should invite parents and other staff and notable dignitaries to attend the celebration event. The focal person will distribute certificates of participation to all the participating student teams.

• Document: The focal person will document the whole changemaking competition in the form of a short video, documentary or pictures. The focal person will collect the case studies of all the changemaking projects of the students. You can find a simple template for a case study format HERE. The focal person is also encouraged to carry out an impact survey of the competition. Find the template for this survey HERE.

• Feedback and Reflection: The focal person will fill out the feedback and reflection forms to share their key insights, experiences and ideas for further improvement.
